DIY-ERP Implementation Partner Training & Accreditation - Sydney - November 2026
This is an intensive, hands-on training week focused on the DIY-ERP Implementation Toolkit. Moving away from traditional gap-fit theory, the program empowers partners to lead Microsoft Business Central projects using our Third Path methodology (a proven approach designed to take clients from Day 1 to go-live in under 20 weeks, on budget and in full.)
Event Overview
DIY-ERP brings together our implementation partners for a week of immersive, hands-on training. This isn't a standard conference room experience filled with slides; it's a deep dive into the real-world application of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the methodology that defines our practice.
The Third Path Methodology
The core of the week wis mastering what we call The Third Path. While traditional ERP projects often fall into either pure DIY or slow, expensive gap-fit marathons, the Third Path is an enablement-first model.
It focuses on:
- Weekly Cadence: Structured, predictable progress.
- Client Ownership: Empowering clients to own their BC configuration with expert coaching.
- Unblocking, Not Building: Partners act as coaches to guide clients through the toolkit rather than performing heavy custom development.
What the Training Involves
Partners spend the week working directly with the DIY-ERP Implementation Toolkit. This includes:
- Day 1 to Go-Live Playbooks: Step-by-step guidance to ensure projects are delivered in under 20 weeks.
- Hands-on Workshops: Real configuration work in Business Central to simulate client environments.
- Relationship Building: Moving beyond the "product and a handshake" model to build a supportive community of implementation experts.
